    This is a rare advertising handbill (flyer) promoting ticket sales for the three-week, National Tour engagement of the SIMON GRAY play "BUTLEY" at the National Theatre in Washington, D.C. beginning October 16th, 1973. (The tour opened September 10th, 1973 at the Colonial Theatre in Boston and closed December 15th, 1973 at the Studebaker Theatre in Chicago. The production originally opened July 14th, 1971 at the Criterion Theatre in London and ran for six months before crossing the Atlantic. The Broadway production opened October 31st, 1972 at New York's Morosco Theatre and ran for 135 performances.) ..... CONDITION: This rare flyer is in excellent condition and will make a wonderful addition to the collection of any theatre aficionado or historian.
