This is a rare March 2nd, 1952 "Stagebill" playbill from the National Tour engagement of the JOHN VAN DRUTEN comedy "BELL, BOOK and CANDLE" at the New Great Northern Theatre in Chicago, Illinois. (The production opened November 14th, 1950 at the Ethel Barrymore Theatre in New York City and ran for 233 performances before going on the road.) ..... The play starred ROSALIND RUSSELL (shown in the cover photo) and DENNIS PRICE and featured DOROTHY SANDS, WILLIAM WINDOM and JOSEPH LEON ..... CONDITION: With the exception of minor edge wear, this rare playbill is in excellent condition and will make a wonderful addition to the collection of any theatre aficionado or historian.
