This is a rare September 5th, 1966 playbill from the Pre-Broadway engagement of the BRIAN FRIEL play "THE LOVES OF CASS McGUIRE" at the Colonial Theatre in Boston, Massachusetts. (The production would open October 6th, 1966 at
the Helen Hayes Theatre in New York City and
close after only 20 performances.) ..... The play starred RUTH GORDON (
shown in the cover photo)
and DENNIS KING and featured LIAM REDMOND, ARTHUR O'SULLIVAN, SYLVIA O'BRIEN, BRENDA FORBES, FRANCES BRANDT, DON SCARDINO, MARY GREANEY and DOROTHY BLACKBURN .....
